Our Shipping Process

At Tathastu Greens, we take special care in packaging and delivering your plants to ensure they arrive healthy and happy. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Timeline

We understand you're excited to receive your new plant babies! Here's our standard shipping timeline:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (orders placed before 12 PM IST are processed same day when possible)
  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days after processing (available at checkout for an additional fee)
  • Same Day Delivery: Available in select cities with extra delivery charges

Note: We ship Monday to Saturday only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order size:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over ₹1000
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹99 for orders under ₹1000
  • Express Shipping: Additional ₹199 (delivery in 1-3 days)
  • Same Day Delivery: ₹299 (available in select cities)

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. During checkout, you'll be able to see if we deliver to your location.

For remote areas, delivery times may be slightly longer. If we're unable to ship to your location, we'll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

Packaging

Our plants are packed with the utmost care using eco-friendly materials:

  • Special plant-safe boxes with ventilation
  • Secure potting to prevent soil spillage
  • Biodegradable cushioning materials
  • Weather-appropriate insulation when needed

Each package includes care instructions and a personalized note from our team.

Live Plant Guarantee

We guarantee your plants will arrive in healthy condition. If there's any damage during transit:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email us at hello@tathastugreens.com with your order number
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a refund - your choice!

Weather Notice: In extreme weather conditions (heat waves, heavy rains), we may hold shipments temporarily to protect plant health. We'll notify you if this affects your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS updates on major delivery milestones
  • Delivery day notification

Shipping FAQs

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.

What if I'm not home when my plants arrive?

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If you're not available:

  • They'll leave the package in a safe place if possible
  • You'll receive instructions for pickup from the nearest delivery center
  • For perishable items like plants, we recommend providing delivery instructions during checkout

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at hello@tathastugreens.com with your order number and new address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Why was my order delayed?

Possible reasons for delay include:

  • Extreme weather conditions affecting plant safety
  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Logistics delays beyond our control
  • Customs clearance for certain locations

We'll always notify you if your order is delayed and provide updated delivery estimates.

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery may occur on Saturdays depending on your location and shipping method.
